I may not be the biggest fan of box stores - but I know they’re something of a necessary evil at this point. Yet the fact that WalMart is offering a shopping alternative for those who struggle with sensory overload / various triggers / overstimulation makes my heart happy 💕

It can be hard (especially when suffering) to remember there is goodness in the world. That sometimes people act in anger because that is all they have known. So much darkness comes from fear. We should always seek first to understand. A survivor of the Shoah taught me that.

At my old apartment I used to have a crow friend (called Bigsby) who would come visit and bring me little trinkets he found in exchange for fruits, nuts and some meat. Haven’t seen him since I moved. I still think about him - Bigsby, wherever you are I hope you are having an excellent life!

Sometimes I worry that my ADHD negatively impacts how I navigate through society, but then I see a dog and all I can think of is that I hope he knows I love him!

Please don't call what RFK Jr. and Jay Bhattacharya are going to do medieval. It's not medieval. It's nothing like the Middle Ages. People in the Middle Ages were happy to try all kinds of things to not die of the plague and if you'd given them antibiotics and vaccines they would have loved it.
