When Xfinity asked to work with me this month, I asked them for access to the behind the scenes of how they deliver internet to our Twin Cities.

Tomorrow the funding runs out for food stamps — nowadays known as SNAP — in Minnesota.

Food shelves like @theopendoor are anticpating a much higher demand from families that can't use SNAP, a demand they sounded the alarm about with the press this week.

In 1950, a Northwest Airlines airplane wing struck a flagpole at Fort Snelling National Cemetery while attempting to land at the airport during a snowstorm. The damaged wing completely detached while flying over south Minneapolis and the aircraft crashed to the ground.
