I offer my answer to your Imperial Presidency under Project 2025. The Carbon Lattice Republic. A Decentralized House under a proper A1S2C3 Enumeration Ratio.
Dear America,

Does the Constitution hold a different government within its text?

Something entirely different
yet doesnt alter a single word

Where

Representatives are capped at 30k people

No DC Bubble

Gerrymandering dies

States regain usefulness

And Your Voice returns

An Old Whig, October 12, 1787

“On extraordinary occasions he may convene both houses… and if they cannot agree, he may adjourn them… He may, under colour of some emergency, do what he pleases.”

Federal Farmer Letter No. 3, October 10, 1787
“The executive and legislative are too intimately connected in this plan…The president has the power of making treaties with the advice of two-thirds of the senators present-he has the power of nominating all officers-he is to command the army and navy.”

Brutus Essay No. 1, October 18, 1787

“The president is invested with powers which, in a single person, are dangerous to the liberties of the people… He is commander-in-chief of the army, navy, and militia—he can make treaties—he can appoint all officers—he can pardon all offences.”

Cato Letter No. 4 (George Clinton), November 8, 1787

“This American president is in every particular a king… He is, for four years at a time, a king as much a king as the King of Great Britain, and almost as absolute as the Emperor of Russia.”

States VS The Federal Government.

The 13th-14th-15th Amendments in conjunction with Mississippi v Johnson essentially nullified the 9th and 10th Amendments

States were self reliant, Federal Assistance was sparse

Now, States rely on the Federal Government for everything

Can't even feed themselves

Taxation under Closure

Should Americans be paying Taxes to a Closed Government?

We may have Representation in name... but not function.

So ingrained into the system, taxes come right out of each check, before you even get it

You have no ability to withhold, without altering a W2

IRS always paid

The Government Shut Down

How long does the shutdown need to last, before Federal Taxes stop being taken out of my paycheck?

Or are Taxes just some permanent thing that exist, regardless if Government is running or not?

If the Government stays closed for a year...

What am I paying for?

23 years after NAFTA'S implementation

Ross Perot's prediction comes true

Import Tariffs are Executed

The piper plays now, payment will be due

SCOTUS is useless
The Legislature Abdicates

Even if they alter it, the pin has been pulled.

The hurt of 50+ years of loss of manufacturing will be felt

How do we fix the House of Representatives?

Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3
1 Representative shall not exceed 30,000 people

331,449,281 Americans ÷ 30,000 People = 11,048 Representatives

Why are We locked out?
Stuck at 435

The Judiciary vs The Executive

The Judiciary's rulings matter not to the Executive.

SCOTUS Unanimously Admits this, in Mississippi Vs Johnson.

Jackson and Lincoln
Ignored SCOTUS without Reprimand

Lincoln even got Legislative Approval after a year and a half.

When he suspended habeas corpus

The Constitution's Roadmap for fixing a broken Government.

Article 5
Convention of the States
Bypasses the Federal Government

However those are messy, unless theres a singular goal

Article 1 Section 2 Clause 3
1 Representative shall not exceed 30,000 people

Fix the House, everything else follows

Give me your tired and poor
I will Take them
The downtrodden and the hungry
I will help them

You break the laws
Go back home.
You came here for a better life
Yet try to turn here into there
Why leave there to begin with?

The concept of the melting pot
You melt...
You dont melt, you dont fit.

SNAP seems like a 10th Amendment issue to me... why is the Federal Government even involved?

Now the fact that 40+million Americans are on SNAP is a more concerning issue to me...

How do we make 40+m Americans no longer need SNAP??

Shouldn't THAT be the role of the Federal Government, instead?
November 1, 2025 at 11:39 AM
Federal Programs Vs State Programs

Should SNAP be a Federal Program or a State one?

Should Unemployment?

Should Welfare?

Should Education?

Should Healthcare?

Should the Federal Government only facilitate state programs across state lines?

Should we have 50 experiments?
Or 1 program federally?

Nearly $40 Trillion in debt?
Interest alone, is now $1 Trillion a year

This is unsustainable, under any metrics

What programs do you cut?
What taxes do you raise?
What do you enact, to change course?

Fuck Democracy
The bane of the Republic.

Democracy —
the worst word spoken in America.

To proclaim what we are not.
To believe what we never were.
To cherish a lie over the written clause.

To demand action in its name — is seditious.
To declare results under its banner — is mutiny.

Laws Vs Rights
Can you tell them apart?

Welfare... a right, or a law?
Social Security... a right, or a law?
SNAP... a right, or a law?
Medicare... a right, or a law?
Education... a right, or a law?
Abortion... a right, or a law?

Does Law create Rights?
Or does it create Law?
...Mistaken as Rights?

Dear #NoKings

Your protests are fruitless
Consider a change in tactics
You offer no solution.

Organize the one thing that the Constitution cant ignore

Article V
A Convention of the States

Solution = Repeal the Reapportionment Act of 1929

It Unlocks the House of the People from the 435 cap
