My recap of last night’s #SNL for @latimes.com - good sketch performances but Nikki Glaser’s monologue was more yikes than hilarious

www.latimes.com/entertainmen...
Nikki Glaser hosts 'SNL' for the first time, bringing her boundary pushing comedy
The stand-up comic made her debut as host of 'Saturday Night Live' with a lengthy monologue, and the cold open focused on President Trump and recent events.

My recap of last night's solid #SNL hosted by Miles Teller and featuring always-excellent musical guest Brandi Carlile. Sometimes the show feels like it's running on fumes, last night's had good energy/execution (and Ramy Youssef as Zohran Mamdani)

I stopped listening the moment they declared Hellraiser and Hannibal/Manhunter/Silence of the Lambs are not valid horror franchises because they’re too fancy / reputable. Wtf?

Luna has never seemed like a great idea or something a lot of people use but I played Death Stranding on it and that was fine and I like that Jackbox is part of the mix. If you have Prime already it's kind of a no brainer to grab the free games every moth. @cnet.com
With Help From Snoop Dogg, Amazon Relaunches Luna as a More Social Gaming Service
The biggest change is more multiplayer games that can be played with mobile devices as a group.

For @latimes.com, I recapped last night's "Saturday Night Live," which started rough but got much better with Sabrina Carpenter as it went. May we never see Domingo again. #snl

I reviewed for Book and Film Globe FX's new series "The Lowdown," which so far is a very entertaining, Tulsa-set neo-noir from "Reservation Dogs" co-creator Sterlin Harjo. You should check it out.

My first #SNL recap of the new season for @latimes.com

I really struggled with Peacock's "Office" sequel "The Paper," which purports to be interested in the local journalism but ends up way more interested in one character's wacky characterization and various office romances. My review for Book and Film Globe:
