I don’t agree that the firefighter training storyline should have gone to May. I think she deserves more screen time for sure but there’s way more they can do with Harry. I think he’s the new s1 buck and puts Buck in the position of Bobby. Which is exactly what the show has built up to.

Reading a fic and the plot immediately is one of the characters telling the other that his neglectful parents “aren’t that bad” and “at least they didn’t beat you”. So um reminder that child neglect IS child abuse and IS actually THAT BAD.
