I need a solid answer here: if other developed nations are doing so much better than USA in health, education, QoL, etc., why do immigrants continue coming here? Trying to refute a MAGA comment but don't have a good way to articulate it. Help! Logically I get it but I'm struggling to explain it.

Need advice. My partner has food trauma. Any food in the house they like is automatically up for grabs, in their mind. I'm trying to hedge our food supply. Nothing I bring into the house is safe because they don't think it's an issue. I have nowhere else to store extra food. What should I do?
