Goobbue achieve their gigantic size due to eating several times their own weight daily. Luckily, the beastkin are not finicky eaters and will consume almost anything it can catch. Some rumors say that this includes Lalafells.

The amount of comments of permanent getting rid of the scions makes me sad.
I feel like they are the other "main" characters of the story. Give them new character arcs. Trade them in and out with new characters/others. There's so many things you can do from a writing perspective...
