Anyways, I’ve been doing 10k steps a day, 10-20 mins of at home Pilates, taking an ungodly amount of supplements, daily probiotics + electrolytes, daily lymphatic drainage messages, and I fear all of that is drastically working for me. 😔✌️

I love tea sm. Drinking spearmint everyday with some lemon balm has drastically helped my hormones, gut, mental clarity, & skin.

Idc if my PCOS is actively kil*ing me, you will have to pry carbs and Dr Pepper zero out of my hands
