'Oder' - a name that may not mean much to most people, it's the name of a river that goes through a city where I was born.
The city, due to its placement and history, was always seen as neither fully ours nor fully theirs.
It is forever suspended between two different places, just like me.

This is probably the first time I have drawn them together.

Creating reference boards for my characters allows me to find a wide range of interesting clothes and accessories.
Some of them I'm actually considering wearing myself!

I think I've come to like how I draw him now. Quite different from the first sketches.
As soon as I'm back home, I'll digitize both of my boys and start to work on a story introduction for them.

The First of the three. This is Niko. He is one of those people who are always cheerful around others, but when left alone with their own thoughts, they rarely smile.
He is a skillful Magpie Diver and is always able to score some good loot. He loves his small family more than life itself.

Sketching is fun, and I'm quite happy with the progress of my drawing skills.
I may not draw a lot, but even small steps will get you closer to your goal than standing still.
