I've been meaning to do this shot for ages. My friend Harald was kind enough to assist with the zoom pulls on the camera on one side of the canal while I lit a dark wall with an RGB laser on the other side

Sending it

Exploring the many patterns in my RGB laser. A lot of time was spent positioning the laser just right so that it would catch me walking toward the back where I lit myself. Then I gave the fallen trunk and the background a bit of red for contrast.

Pointilinear

Outer Sanctum

Symmetrical run with a 3 meter dichroic tube along the rosarium in Park Clingendael, The Hague. It hasn't bloomed yet but at least it provided the framework for the lights.

Cervus Majesticus

Last night I put a little figurine of a white glistening deer rotating on a lazy suzan and rotated the camera at the same time. While I was taking a long exposures I projected scan lines on it with a DLP projector.
