I still feel kinda apprehensive on 2XKO overall, but that game is very fun to lab. Tag mechanics are so cool. Everything should have tag mechanics.

Hot take: Hollownight is kind of disappointing in the world of Metroidvania’s. Some excellent things, but there are so many that seem done just to subvert long-solved game design issues. “What if we removed basic features of this trope?” Wow. Genius.
