Reminds me of 2008 when gas went up over $4. Everyone was so relieved when it went down to $2-3 that no one ever made a big deal of now gas was less than $2 before. Covid was the only time we saw pre 2008 gas prices.

The eggs I used to by have went down to 24.99 (highest 29.99). Last summer I was able to buy these eggs for 9.99. 😑

My mother’s medical equipment increased utilities to $400-600 a month depending on the time of year. She received $300 a month through a Medicaid program to use towards food, utilities, medical supplies that I put towards her bill. I can’t believe people voted for this.
Many Medicaid recipients do not know they receive it because Medicaid is called different things in different states. The public narrative of Medicaid focuses on a distant other, but 40% of US children and 60% of nursing home residents receive Medicaid. Just SOME of the names by state are below:

Tomorrow will be my second week back at work. I work for a government contractor but I speak with a lot of federal workers on remote sites who barely have decent internet. These folks are not thinking about checking emails everyday bc it’s an inconvenience and unnecessary.

The craziest thing about this is that they found another guy with the last name Bragg to name the base after. This is some childish weird 💩.
Someone needs to tell Pete his job is to take care of our service members…not trying to honor seditious,treasonous, fight for slave ownership losers.
Maybe spend some money on better safer and more available housing for our lower ranked service members who get paid so low families need help.

I’ve only 🤮 twice in my life. I hate that feeling so I try to stay below the limit when I indulge. The first time was from Pinnacle Vodka and the second was some mystery alcohol from a house party where a band was playing in the living room. 😩 . I haven’t had Pinnacle since 2009.

Yesterday, I took a bite of seafood salad that I made which had shrimp, crab meat and scallops. Whyyyy did my throat and chest start getting tight? It happened off and on until I decided to take Benadryl. 😩 Who starts having allergic reactions at damn near 40?

I took an allergy test a year ago and the results showed a slight reaction to shrimp. I’ve been eating shrimp my whole life. I’m from the city where stopping at The Wharf was a weekly activity when I was a kid.

I peak in on the conservative Reddit occasionally and there is an ungodly amount of extremism going on there. Being upset about what this guy did to the point of wanting to hurt him is just as extreme but on the other end of the spectrum.

Planning weddings and funeral services are stressful as fuck. After being in a few weddings and planning a second funeral, I wouldn’t subject my loved ones to this bs. Cremate me and scatter a few of my ashes in the ocean on your next vacation. Do what you please with the rest 😂.
