The reason I love Solas so much is BECAUSE he's such a fucking shit. He's horrible, he's a manipulator, he's a terrible communicator, he makes decisions for other people (including Lavellan) because HE thinks himself correct (Pride).
He's complicated and nuanced and scummy and I love it.

Elanna (Lavellan) is spelled E-Lanna to emphasize the "E" (E'lana, not El'lana); idk, it sounded more Elvhen to me.
When Solas says it, he does so with a thicker Elvhen accent. (E'lan'na), especially when he's angry or frustrated.
