Thank you for articulating what I have been quietly screaming for years. I suspect anyone who has escaped the snare of a narcissist recognized this dynamic long ago. Now we need to use it as an organizing principle like building underground networks that were so effective in the past.

My experience has been that if you get a fix on a person’s crazy logic, which you’ve done a great job detailing, then it makes the world feel less chaotic and uncertain.
