I was on the Silksong grind for 48hr playtime and reached 90% completion but just now quit because the game decided to surprise me with shockingly vile homophobia 🥲💔 really didn't expect anything like that, pretty disappointed to have waited so long for a slap in the face

some footage of the feeding frenzy mode I built for #GMTK2025 ! including the little theme song i wrote during an all-nighter on the last day of the jam <3 this was my first ever game jam and it was a lot of fun to work with Scruffy and finish a little game for the first time!

My friend @oaf.bsky.social and I worked together on a game for the 2025 GMTK Game Jam! You play as a little salmon eating prey to grow and then avoiding obstacles to swim upstream in a loop of life cycles! It was super fun to make and we hope you enjoy it 😄
