My sister gifted me this #moomin cup one year and I've never used it, it's so small and I used to love big mugs of #coffee. I still can't have coffee but I had some #tea instead and decided to use it finally! I used vanilla protein drink instead of milk.

Ooh I napped hard, was awoken by my mom breaking into my apartment to drop off some cold-pressed apple juice - as well as some much-needed #cat snuggles. Deja vu, minus the juice!

Showered today again, slowly getting less scared of water on incisions (glued at least)!

Didn't get to #sleep much last night. Forgot my antacid (they prescribed me so many pills) and woke up coughing, which really hurt the stitches on my chest. At least I got some #cat snuggles!

Definitely time for a nap soon.

It's been a bumpy ride with plenty working against me. Diagnosed with #PCOS and on hunger-stimulating #HRT, with decades of #depression and #anxiety (plus a sprinkle of #agoraphobia post-COVID). Thankfully I've yet to give up!

Soup today (low-fat, cream of chicken) and of course found an audience of #cats. Tried flavourless protein powder out, coagulated a bit in the #soup but had the consistency of chicken or egg? Better than the grittiness I expected. Managed to crush 80g of #protein!
