MU CEO sold $32mm in shares sept and oct. The company reported a stellar q4 and year end, just smashing it, stock is on a tear, projected another great year ahead, and fairly priced. However, a sobering reminder is a quick look back; in 2023 MU sales fell 50%! Why; china bans🤔

Perfectly good print by AMD…but here’s the thing. Mr market is paying 70x ebitda, 150x ebit, 13x sales aka expensive for any company but let alone a company with low single digit ROE/ROIC. But it did grow revenue impressively this quarter.
