The Gabriele Helms Prize is awarded for an outstanding PhD on anglophone Canadian fiction and/or cultural narratology. Candidates must have completed their PhD no more than three years prior to applying.

If you completed a thesis (dipl., st. exam, M.A., or PhD) on Indigenous peoples of Canada (all disciplines), you can apply to the Jürgen and Freia Saße Award. The prize will be decided by the appointed committee!
