I read what’s currently fanslated for Tojima Wants to Be a Kamen Rider, and unless the anime trailer was misleading/fanslation hasn’t caught up, the story is actually a comedy with pathetic characters and NOT, in fact, a story about reconnecting with your inner child as you age.

I’m having a pretty tough year. Lots to celebrate, too, of course, but some things that really hurt my heart. I’m gonna give myself a little incentive: I’m gonna beat however many games off my backlog until it adds up to a Switch 2 and then pull the trigger on it. I deserve it.

I feel like next week’s Ippo could be devastating… for Sendo. There’s no doubt in my mind Sendo will land a punch, whether it’s glancing or a solid hit, but I think Ricardo will land a crushing counter. Don’t get me wrong, the “fight” itself won’t end for another 8-10 chapters.
