A Rohingya man from an IDP camp in Pauktaw was allegedly detained with accusation of theft by AA last week. Yesterday, camp leader was informed that he escaped from detention and today his dead body was found near the beach of IDP camp.

Rohingya residents of Paan Zee Hamlet,Badaga village (northern Buthidaung), were forcibly ordered by Arakan Army on Feb 16 to stay in a paddy field west of Paan Zee market during the day.They are evicted daily and only allowed to return home at 7 PM.There are about 500 families.
