moving away from the city made me sad cause I miss my friends but I also never left the house and I have to remember I did that to myself. I am generally more relaxed here. I go to work, I cook for me and my honey, I decorate our apartment, I draw and I sleep.

I find his work religious in framing, I don’t know if that was his intention even though there is a variation of this piece that has a black cloaked nun. I thought turning the original piece into a medieval religious one a fitting choice. I’ll probably do another piece inspired by the other image.
