The Superintendent Student Roundtable is taking action on climate change. Students teamed up with National City leaders to plant 5 trees at Rancho de la Nación, supporting the city’s 5-year goal of 1,600 trees! Next stop… all schools in #NSDnow! #ClimateAction #StudentLeadership #SDGs #inSync

Great visit to Rancho de la Nación. There is positive energy all around. Students were engaged and reflective, making the most of every moment. Writing was a through-line, while PBIS practices created a safe, structured environment for students to take risks and build confidence. #inSync #NSDnow

What a joy to visit John Otis today! We saw teamwork, trust, and a belief in every student’s potential. Classrooms came alive with modeling, storytelling, and ELD/ECRI practices. Students were focused, respectful, and engaged. Proud of this amazing community of learners! #NSDnow #inSync
