I went on a Wiki binge about what microgravity does to the human body. Without the weight of the body pressing down towards the feet, a skeleton can lengthen by up to an inch, with the spine doing most of the elongating.
With that in mind, all I can think is how two weeks on the ISS would fix me.

The supports (white surfaces; fluff) are a bit tough to remove, and I'm a little afraid of putting real pressure on the supports.
