People that have never been or lived in D.C. are cheering Trump’s deployment of National Guard. Like, oh, the Dupont farmers market, people relaxing at Meridian Hill park, and outdoor patio seating at a restaurant! The horror and carnage!!!

Listening to Cory Booker speak truth to power while working today. I usually listen to chill music but this is so much better! First time in a while that I’ve felt any semblance of optimism.

Mark Carney was one of those people, being a giant in the world of sustainable finance. I’m excited for him, for our neighbors to the North, and for the world!
