Exciting news! We’re thrilled to announce that tapir Yuna gave birth to a rare and endangered Malayan tapir calf Sunday night. The newborn, covered in distinctive white spots and stripes resembling a fuzzy walking watermelon, is only the second tapir born in our 120-year history.

Oh this is really sad news about Lois Pearson, I was really excited to watch her play.

And it's terrible news for Thunder too - Nat Metcalf out, Nicola Smith injured in the Sunshine Series and now Lois 😭😭😭 fingers crossed they're not bad injuries!

On 1st January 1925, Edwin Hubble presented a finding that would forever change our view of the Universe - that there are other galaxies beyond our Milky Way!

100 years later, Euclid is mapping many billions of galaxies. Who knows what we’ll discover together in 2025…?
An image of the ‘Hidden Galaxy’, otherwise known as IC 342 or Caldwell 5, taken by the Euclid Space Telescope. A big spiral galaxy is visible face-on in white/pink colours at the centre of this square astronomical image. The galaxy covers almost the entire image and appears whiter at its centre where more stars are located. Its spiral arms stretch out across the image and appear fainter at the edges.
