The answer is a clear no. "Friendship" is when two people share a common interest and interact mutually from the same basis. That is simply not possible between an adult and any child, period, because children are children.
Do you think a friendship between an adult man and a non-relative underage girl could ever be considered appropriate?

One of the few decent things about old bird app was that it was one of the very few places that I (an Appalachian redneck) could meet and have a sense of community with other Communists
