If I could change it all, do it all over again. I wouldn't. The lessons I've learned are far to important for me to not have experienced them. Easier said than done, I know. It's when I was at my worst that I learned the most about myself. Keep pushing!

Many times I woke up whimpering in my pillow, telling myself that I just can’t drink anymore. 5 minutes later -> Bloody Mary in the shower. Drinking bruised my soul but I’ve mended. Life is absolutely amazing.

If you’re heading into medication management with a Psychiatrist, don’t hesitate to ask what their medication exit strategy looks like. My doc just wanted to keep layering more pills to counteract the other pills. I had to make my own exit plan. Cold turkey (not good).

Giving PCs with NPUs the ability to run AI tasks locally for Microsoft 365 is what is expected but also very welcomed.
