The thing about “middle class women of a certain age” is that, of all socio-economic groups, they are one of the most likely to have lived through harassment/abuse & come out the other side with enough financial independence & social power to call out Gregg Wallace & his ilk.

Of course my thoughts are with this man’s family and friends. However - having lived in the US for several years, and seeing the itemised bill from a trip to a dermatologist for a minor skin irritation - I get it. US healthcare is a cartel, and this guy (among many others) was at the core of it.
The idea that Gerry Hutch, a man who has made millions from a life of violence and theft, stands a chance of getting elected in Dublin Central is yet another reason why I avoid Central Dublin.
