God seems to love a good prank.
The truth, of course, is that he first caused a rainbow to exist immediately following Noah's flood. But he made it LOOK like light passing thru water particles would have ALWAYS refracted that way, according to physical laws.

Punctuation has never been worse than what it is now. I don't know how the fuck these people are managing to graduate from fifth grade.
