My late husband retired at age 60 (w/ almost 40 yrs on the job) because 1 time during a 12-hour shift, he nodded off and his boss saw. He came home and said I just can't do it anymore. He died a year later at age 61. Heart.

Somewhat ashamed to be American at the moment. Hope we find our way back to law and order, much needed fiscal sanity + kindness/positivity/vision from our leaders. The daily dose of criminality and cruelty is emotionally damaging.

You have to ask, why was Witkoff chosen for this critically important role of special envoy to Putin? He had no diplomatic or foreign policy experience. No education on those subjects. So of all people, why him? I think what we all surmised is clear - Putin wanted Witkoff.

I hope our next President is a president for all Americans (working to improve everyone's life) and not just favoring a handpicked few. I also hope they respect our Country and aren't always putting it down. Seems basic to me. I hope we can all agree on that as basic requirement going forward.
