Happy Friday! New years day 2. 🎉 Got some sausage, caramelized onion, mushroom, basil pizza from a new place. It was really good! Passes the pizza test. 😌 Excellent flavors and very thin crust.

I was so excited to try Little Witch in the Woods.. but the snarky sidekick trope is in full swing 😭 and trying to craft my first potion ends up in failure 3x in a row because the controls on the mini game don't always work. 😮💨 Plus the MC has the personality of a bratty 5 year old. Oye.

So I finished Wayward, ooof that show had an effect on me. It was personal, because I've had exp with cults when I was younger, never as bad as that, but it's hard seeing all the hopes and dreams get crushed by corruption. Plus being a struggling teen trying to find your way in life. Good show tho!

So life in downtown Seattle, I didn't hear ANY local fireworks, I was so surprised! They were all off in the distance, sounding like little cracking flutters. A really nice break from the M80 (bomb-like) suburb life.

I had to take an Uber to the vet, normally a $28 trip, but we snagged into a major traffic accident where they closed 3 of 4 lanes of traffic. Uber charged me $108 for the trip instead. 💀

This game just keeps getting more magical and strange with each quest. 💙 It's a pain getting past some areas (no instruction), but finding everything I need online for the main quests with a few side ones as well. The philosophy is interesting too, this idea of soul forging. #DivinityOriginalSin
