Someone asked me yesterday if my new niche was writing about One Direction lol. No, I’m still looking at leadership, strategy, the future of work. Just from a different angle because people are fascinated with celebrity and pop culture.

AI is reflecting the past. It’s been trained on the work that’s been published. The dominant voices have almost always been male, white, heterosexual and neurotypical.

My daughter told me yesterday that my husband doesn’t realize that I bought our house in 1998 so that my unborn children would never have to take a bus to high school. He told her the high school wasn’t built until 2000 so it didn’t factor into our decisions.
