Finally got my staples taken out today, 3 weeks after my back surgery for my sciatica. I’m so excited to take a proper shower tonight. Still get really sore if I sit, stand, or lay down for too long - but I haven’t have any leg pain or numbness since I woke up from the anesthesia!

Problematic-masks on the cover aside, this album kinda slaps and is weirdly relevant. (First time listening to it in a long time and how did I never notice those masks before? I always thought they were the “theatre” masks.)

Just got out of sciatica surgery. So far I’ve walked around a bit at the hospital and no nerve pain! Of course I’m on like 12 pain meds.
