UNBEATABLE (2025)

unbeatable ohhhhh my fucking god unbeatable. I played the white label demo back in 2021 and immediately had to back the game so I've been waiting four years for this, and ohhh my god the wait was so fucking worth it. finishing it over the new year made the ending so impactful too.

maybe a day early to be looking back on the year, but i've been feeling sappy

to my friends, collaborators, and everyone who listened;
to the family i've found;
to all of you, my constant companions -
thank you for giving me the best year of my life

if i can be frank for a moment -

it wasn't very long ago that i wasn't sure i'd make it this far. not "making it" in the metaphorical popularity sense, but... living this long.

the reasons hadn't always been there.
not in the way they are now.

that's the real beauty of being an artist, though!
you put something small into the world, straight from your heart; people you've never met find it, let it enter their hearts, and carry it with them;
and in turn, the world puts something back into you

i can't thank any of you enough.
certainly not as much as i feel i should.

not to plagiarize and recontextualize a friend, but...
a thought i'm obsessed with is that it takes seven years for your body to completely remake itself.

here's to another year closer
to whom i try so hard to be.
