Being agoraphobic on family vacation, and only going to over crowded places the whole time, is so exhausting it's miserable

Everytime I begin to spend time with my family again, im immediately pulled back to 15 to 20 years ago when I would helplessly and endlessly listen to them fight over trivial topics. Some things never change
