This is your friendly reminder that #monopolies are BAD and even if YOU know that, apparently many people don't and you should spread the word. Once a company has control of a product they can make it as crappy as they want and raise the price to whatever they want because where are you going to go?

We've grown so used to instantaneous results that we've forgotten how slow the work of social progress is.

Floored that so many people don't know a tariff is a tax and that we, the common man, will pay for it, NOT the other country. Not only will prices go up overnight for our tariff products, the price of products will rise when a Trade War is started and other countries are forced to tariff our stuff.
