When GameMaker adds new features, it would be wise to consult game designers and creative-first developers.
Only asking engineers for new code features alone will just recreate some other OOP language inside of GML, instead of letting GML be what GML is.

Ghost of Yōtei looks great but I'm conflicted about it being just a vengeance story. The previous game was wonderful tale of challenging the traditions of honor in order to rebirth the spirit of honor.... so... feels like a downgrade.
