Using my first Bluesky tweet (?) to say y’all gotta go outside! Spending time in nature builds resilience and mental fortitude. It’s the opposite of doomscrolling, and inspiring AF. Need ideas for what to do out there? I have a monthly newsletter for just that! OutdoorHumans.Substack.com
