A bale of Christmas Turtles

My own pattern. Have again been tinkering with the design of the Santa hat. Last photo shows the old hat. Much prefer the new one!

Christmas jellyfish

Have been tinkering with the design of the hat. It now has a white bobble and I made it a little wider and taller so it sits a bit lower on the jellyfish. The blue, red and purple ones have the definitive shape hat. Salmon and green have an earlier version.

Pattern is for thicker yarn (worsted). My yarn (DK) creates the smaller of the two shown here. I adapted the pattern to create the bigger version.

I made a cushion from part of the Elephantastic blanket featured in the Dutch book Today is Overlay Crochet The book has 20 designs by Oscar de Bruyn (@ozzycrochet_nl) & Sabrina van den Hooven. Photos show two sides of the cushion.

After a long pause, finally finished my Azulejos tiles project. Very very pleased with it!!

A consortium of fingerpuppet octopuses.

I have wanted to make fingerpuppet octopuses for a while, but could not figure out how not to make them too floppy. I finally tried the following: I created an inner fingertube and lightly stuffed between tube and octopus "skin", and it works!!
