It's better to remove the criminal penalty for possessing drugs, and concentrate on helping people with addictions.

Increasing your Water Bills 44% ABOVE inflation in the next 5 years isn't enough for the Water Companies, they have appealed to Ofwat to let them increase them up to 83% ABOVE inflation.
Like if they can get stuffed.
