PDL1 is generally very weak and heterogeneous, making it difficult to image (given its importance clinically). Huang et al. optimized a high-dynamic-range (HDR) imaging method for immunofluorescence to assess PD-L1 expression. 🧪

Great work by Qiu et al.—Spateo builds detailed 3D models of mouse embryos, capturing spatial dynamics and cell interactions. They use morphometric vector fields to reveal the molecular drivers of asymmetric heart development. 🧪
