Placing bets now. rockstar sort of carries or scottish games ecosystem and the way they handled the axing of their staff with the protests in edinbrugh yesterday. If that game comes out janky due to lack of attaining staff like how mindseye's release was sort of like. the backlash would be valid

I'm thinking for next year I will start distancing myself from web hosting platforms such as wix and carrd and start getting my hands dirty with indie web again. Used to love designing websites to look a lot more personal.

OHHH so the results for monkey jam came out and Monkey catch placed 76th out of 126 entries this year. this is a huge win in my book. I'm developing a big patch so I can get the game on newgrounds. then its onto the final mini project of 2025 ❤️

nah where is the money being put towards in the pokemon company genuinley. I see them hiring all the time for merchindising but not supporting gamefreak with the tools to hire more staff or form a division for pokemon.
