My crazy asshole neighbor was mowing his grass. Apparently nobody told him it’s January in Ohio and only 45° outside, as well as the ground being soggy from snow and rain.

I picked Detroit over Cincy since it’s a Sat and easier to do, and both are approx equal distance to me. Bloomington is completely off the table.
