My husband will be running two cub evenings this coming week, raising awareness of disabilities for their badges in this area. I have been making some little eye bands to simulate visual impairments for one of the activities (there will be a range of props for this).

Attended a fab online session by ETF on Monday called ‘Stepping into Leadership’.
Not only was it a fantastic opportunity to stimulate the grey matter and network with other leaders & managers, it provided the space to slow down and be reflective about my role, practice and personal attributes.
