Someone hacked his lawyer's office and published their internal memos a few years ago. They obviously should not be admissible in court, but they should change your personal opinion of him. He told his lawyers he did what he was accused of.

Here's my issue with the "we needed to move to avoid heat" argument. If the response to that is to put northern teams on the road to avoid cold, why not just keep the schedule and put southern teams on the road to avoid heat?
