NIHRC staff recently led four workshops with Year 8s at Regent House Grammar School.

The workshops focused on the background of human rights and why they are still important today, as well as discussing which rights could be affected in different scenarios.

NIHRC Chief Commissioner Alyson Kilpatrick was in Tbilisi, Georgia this week for the GANHRI Bureau Meeting in her capacity as Secretary of @ganhri.bsky.social.

The Bureau reviewed progress on the GANHRI Strategic Plan and set priorities for strengthening national human rights institutions globally.
