Maths to me is like doing dishes. It's necessary, it's an essential skill and part of the process, and after doing it there is a tiny amount of sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. But to me it's nowhere near enough to be something fun or become a hobby(compare to art creating). It's a chore.

Why this kinda hurts
Amount all the stuff I learn in university, maths and programming are the subjects I dislike the most. I find them unbearably dull, because they hardly involve any divergent thinking, or to say way much less than in art creating, which I also do
Sometimes I wish I have DID and have a headmate who's geeky about the stuff I'm learning in university. Because I've lost all my interest and motivation in it and it has become pure torture for me, which has put me in a certain degree of crisis that I have no idea how to get out of it
