今天去的第一次嗓音训练 学腹式呼吸和用呼气音发声(把发声部位向上提) 后面一个礼拜需要自己在家持续练
而且知道了这个是有医保报销的(因为这个不止面向跨女 还有发声困难的顺性别) 所以基本上不需要花什么钱

With the communications blackout, news out of Iran is thin on the ground. But the little that makes it out shows a population undeterred by the regime’s brutal, bloody crackdown. Many seem to think this is an existential fight.
