I don't list "anti-AI" in my bio but this is because I've realised how broad these kinds of terms are, complicated by being a voice synth fan.

Genuinely wondering if some vocaloid producers are starting to use ragebaiting as a strategy to get views.

Doing some tuning practice with the song あいしていたのに by Maretu. My favourite covers of it make the singer sound genuinely angry on the chorus, so that was the goal with Kizaki Airi here.
It's not as good as I imagined it, but makes for a dramatic with vs without tuning comparison.

So odd watching the reaction to IA V6 as a CeVIO/VoiSona AND Vocaloid 6 user...
I've seen both "this is useless her VoiSona is way better" and "yay she escaped CeVIO/VoiSona"... Her being on multiple types of software is fantastic, I wish people didn't feel the need to do other ones down. #vsynth

Saw a comment saying "V6 should add a choir feature" and sort of rolled my eyes thinking "is every new synthv feature gonna immediately be asked of vocaloid" before remembering there's a V6 pack with ~20 voices, so yeah they have a point. That should totally be a thing already.

Apparently OpenUTAU can turn audio into a UST/midi... I've been curious about asa from #vocaloid 's speaking voice so I used this to try and make them talk. This uses google translate as a base, and I did have to make some edits, but it's good.

#synthv users: is it possible to make Kasane Teto SV2 sing in a British accent? The one thing I worry about with her newly acquired American accent is it might limit accent options, since trying this with very American sounding vbs (ex: Solaria) feels like they're missing sounds in my experience.

Remmant (the new synth v) has no base age listed but if I guess "probably as old as his vp when he was recorded since they're going for an older look" he'd probably be old enough to be Macne Papa's FATHER. Truly astonishing stuff for the vsynth old man lover community.
