Crowne Plaza Hotel in Plymouth!
Strangely, the cheapest hotel for the night in the city at £92. (Cheaper than Premier Inn and Travelodge were!)
Had a penthouse restaurant, swimming pool and sauna and everything! I'd honestly say it was worth the money.

All it does is stress you out wondering what the number will be, and if it's like, 8 or 9 or 10 of 10 then all it does is demoralise you, even if, say, a while ago that number of views would have been considered great!
