Of course. We used to do this all the time many years ago (buy pizza, Amazon stuff, etc). Merchants would receive dollars immediately. There were many payment providers enabling this. I only remember the name Bitpay, and apparently they're still around. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/BitPay
